This clinic was recommended to us by the pharmacist when I told him all of our conditions. Due to having travellers insurance he recommended us to this clinic. The doctor spoke good English and was very helpful. He looked at my daughter and said if she can’t keep water down to go to hospital. He was able to test us on the spot for influenza and was able to prescribe medicine and the relevant paperwork to claim on our insurance.... see more

If you're visiting Osaka and need health care, this clinic will definitely suit your needs! We were visiting Osaka when I got a severe skin reaction to something and I needed medical help. We were super lucky that this clinic was close to where we were staying and had great reviews. Now I know why. The receptionist and doctor both spoke English well enough and was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was able to prescribe me the medicine I need and directed me to an English speaking pharmacy nearby. Total life saver. Staying in Osaka when my wife became ill and needed to find a english speaking clinic. Shinsaibashi International clinic came up on my online search and we went to visit the clinic without an appointment and was seen straight away. What a relief, my wife was attending to by Dr Shinsuke Tokumoto who spoke very good english. He listened to the description of the illness and prescribed the medication/antibiotics required to treat the symptoms. The receptionist directed us to a pharmacy that spoke english not more than 5 minutes walk away. The whole experience was great and I hope this review helps anyone who is in need of a good english speaking japanese doctor. As for the bill including the prescription, very reasonable considering the illness.... see more
