I don’t even know where to begin with this location. The service and attentiveness they express is more than 5 star! As an American I’ve been to numerous dentist all over the U.S. and have been left traumatized when it comes to any dental needing to be done, so over the years I have neglected my teeth. Coming to BIDC, has rebuilt my trust and confidence when it comes to any dental service I may need. It makes you wonder what are they doing differently from America? From the ground floor and throughout the building , Very professional , clean facilities, all around great service 10/10 ! I had an amazing experience at BIDC! I came for teeth whitening and composite bonding on my upper teeth, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire staff was incredible — from the reception and secretaries to the assistants and my dentist, Dr. Kitinun Tissanavasoontra. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and very professional. They were also extremely responsive by email and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated how much time Dr. Kitinun took to make sure I was comfortable and happy with every detail. He even prepared a mock-up first so I could approve the shape and color before doing the final work, which gave me so much confidence. The clinic is modern, clean, and very well organized. I’m so happy with my new smile — natural, comfortable, and exactly what I wanted. Thank you to the whole BIDC team, and especially Dr. Kitinun, for their kindness and professionalism.
